The 2nd nabor of the “International Level Group Coach” Course Has Started

We are excited to announce the start of the 2nd nabor of the “International Group Coach” course at COACHING.UP! This is a unique journey into a new level of professional presence and the ability to work with people where the power of group dynamics is born.

About the course: "International Level Group Coach"

Throughout the course, participants will learn how to conduct group coaching sessions for audiences starting from three participants, in alignment with the international ICF standards. They will be able to refine their mastery in structuring group processes, combine key coaching competencies with real practice challenges, and develop skills that allow them to confidently work with teams and groups. Special attention will be given to creating a space for honest dialogues, working with group dynamics, as well as preparing cases for assessment and developing long-term contracts after group programs.

This program opens the door both for those who are just beginning their coaching journey and for experienced professionals seeking to expand their practice and work with business teams or international communities. For some, it is the opportunity to gain their first experience in group coaching; for others, it is a chance to strengthen their professional level and step into a new stage of their career.
