About the course “Professional International Supervisor for Coaches”

Supervision is not just a required element of international standards - it is the art of seeing yourself from a new perspective, learning from your own experience, and growing through honest dialogue with a supervisor. It is a path where coaches can not only explore challenges in their client work but also deepen their awareness of presence in the role of coach, unlocking new levels of mastery.

Over the course of 6 months, students of the program will:

immerse themselves in models and approaches of individual and group supervision;

complete practice and internships, gaining hands-on experience directly applicable to their profession;

step into a new role - that of a professional supervisor, supporting other coaches in their growth and development;

expand career opportunities by earning a highly valued qualification accredited by CCE ICF.

The course is designed for practicing coaches with over 250 hours of experience, who have already confirmed their mastery at ACC, PCC, or MCC ICF levels, and are now ready to take the next step - not only developing themselves but also guiding others in their professional journey.

Supervision is a space of trust, honesty, and partnership. And it is from this very space that the 3rd cohort begins, bringing together coaches with similar levels of maturity, values, and aspirations.
