The “Behind the Glass” project at COACHING.UP has come to an end. It was a comprehensive professional cycle that gave participants the opportunity to observe the real work of a PCC ICF-level coach within a long-term coaching contract.
Throughout the project, the full logic of client support was demonstrated - from initial meetings and request clarification to the final session and integration of results. No shortcuts, no staging, no educational simulation.
“Behind the Glass” is a format of open professional observation of the coaching process in its real dynamics.
A real client, a real request, real managerial and life decisions.
The project made it possible to see how a long-term contract is built, how focus is maintained throughout the process, and how a coach works with responsibility, boundaries, and ethics during periods of deep client transformation.
Within the project, the following were demonstrated:
the quality of contracting in long-term coaching work;
consistency and structure of the coaching process;
work with major life goals and complex requests;
client support during periods of uncertainty and transformation;
a mature coaching stance aligned with ICF standards.
The project offered an opportunity to observe not individual techniques, but the mindset of an international-level coach and the logic of decision-making in real time.
The final session summarized the journey and consolidated the client’s results within a long-term framework.
For observers, this became a point of integration of knowledge and an understanding of what professional coaching looks like beyond a training context.
We extend our gratitude to Halyna Hudyma, PCC ICF, for her open professional stance, high standards, and willingness to share real practice.
We also thank all project participants for their attention, respect for the process, and interest in the depth of coaching.
The finale of the “Behind the Glass” project is not the end of the format, but a confirmation that high-quality coaching can be visible, clear, and honest.
COACHING.UP is a space of professional maturity and international coaching standards.
