Congratulations to the graduates of the 7th cohort of the “Professional International Mentor for Coaches” program!

Today we celebrate the completion of the 7th cohort – another step toward building a professional community of mentors who are shaping new standards of quality in the coaching world.

Mentoring is the art of seeing more. It allows you to recognize the subtle presence of competencies, support coaches in their growth through honest and constructive feedback, and open up broader professional horizons.

Over the course of five months, participants:

  • dove deep into coaching competency markers and learned to identify them in practice;

  • practiced intervision, supervision, and mentoring sessions;

  • observed the work of PCC and MCC mentors;

  • developed skills in analysis, facilitation, and supporting coaches in different formats.

The international standards of ICF and EMCC make this program not only a source of knowledge but also a guarantee of professional alignment with global benchmarks. At COACHING.UP, learning is always about real experience, dialogue, and transformation.

Today’s graduates are those who are unafraid to take responsibility for the growth of others, who know how to see beyond techniques to the human being, and beyond practice to the true meaning.

The 7th cohort of the “Professional International Mentor for Coaches” program at COACHING.UP is not just a completed stage – it is the beginning of a new professional mission.

Congratulations to all the graduates! You have already become a resource that strengthens coaching worldwide, and your expertise will open the door to hundreds of new success stories.
