Today, we proudly celebrate the graduates of the 6th cohort! Coaches who aspire to share their expertise, expand their professional potential, and support others on their journey of growth choose to study in the “Professional International Mentor for Coaches” program.
In coaching, there is no place for giving advice or ready-made solutions, but in mentoring there is space for expertise and knowledge transfer. This course is designed for coaches who want to strengthen their professional identity and understand the “behind the scenes” of competency markers.
The program helps to:
dive deeper into coaching competencies and learn to identify each marker;
support other coaches in their growth through mentoring;
gain an additional profession and open new income opportunities;
create a trusting environment in mentoring sessions;
strengthen communication skills when providing feedback;
effectively work with group dynamics;
build facilitation, analytical, critical thinking, and metaphorical skills.
Over five months, students receive structured, practical information without unnecessary “theory” and have the opportunity to observe the work of mentors with PCC and MCC credentials.
The training follows international standards of ICF (International Coaching Federation) and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
Intervision, supervision, and mentoring sessions with feedback - all of this is an integral part of the course.
