Launch of the 5th Cohort of the “Professional International Supervisor for Coaches” Program

Today marks the beginning of the 5th cohort of the “Professional International Supervisor for Coaches” program - a program designed for experienced coaches who are ready to expand their professional role and become a trusted source of support for the development of other coaching professionals.
We warmly welcome all students of this new cohort! Ahead of you are six months of in-depth learning, professional discoveries, hands-on practice, and a fresh perspective on your own coaching practice.
Supervision is a space for professional growth, reflection, and continuous improvement. It enables coaches to recognize their strengths, explore the challenges of their practice, maintain the highest quality of their work, and remain aligned with international standards and professional ethics.
Throughout the six-month program, you will:
master contemporary models, principles, and tools of individual and group supervision;
gain practical experience conducting supervision sessions under the guidance of experienced faculty;
strengthen your skills in professional reflection, in-depth analysis of coaching practice, and peer support;
learn how to create a safe environment for the professional development of other coaches;
expand your career opportunities by earning a qualification accredited by CCE ICF.
This program is designed for practicing coaches with more than 250 hours of coaching experience who have already demonstrated their professional competence at the ACC, PCC, or MCC ICF level. It is the natural next step for those who are ready not only to continue developing their own mastery but also to support the professional growth of others.
The 5th cohort brings together coaches who share a commitment to high professional standards, openness to continuous learning, and a desire to contribute to the development of the international coaching community.
