Coaching is not only about the request, the goal, and the result. It is also about the ability to see a person more deeply, understand their inner processes, emotions, reactions, and needs. That is why we are excited to announce the launch of the 13th cohort of the “Psychology Basics for Coaches” course at COACHING.UP - a space for professional development for coaches who strive to work consciously, ethically, and with a deep understanding of people.
More About the Course: “Psychology Basics for Coaches”
The course was created for those who want to strengthen their coaching mastery through psychological literacy, learn to better understand clients’ behavioral patterns, and confidently work even with complex emotional states while remaining within the boundaries of the coaching format.
Throughout the program, participants will explore:
psychological mechanisms and inner human processes;
clients’ emotions, thinking, and behavioral reactions;
the boundaries between coaching, therapy, and consulting;
creating a safe space of trust and support;
the specifics of deep and respectful interaction within coaching sessions.
“Psychology Basics for Coaches” is a course about maturity, attentiveness, and professional presence. It is about the ability to be present with a client not only through techniques and tools, but also through genuine understanding of the person and respect for their inner world.
We are grateful to the participants of the 13th cohort for their trust and for choosing to grow together with COACHING.UP. Ahead lies an important stage of learning, new insights, professional growth, and strengthening of coaching practice.
We welcome the new cohort! May this journey become a source of depth, confidence, professional strength, and a new quality of coaching presence for every participant.
