In a world where teams need space for honest dialogue and shared decisions rather than mere instructions, the role of a team coach is critical. We’ve opened the 5th intake of a program that trains you to work with teams systematically, ethically, and in line with international standards.
What happens at the start of the 5th intake
Orientation and introductions to the faculty, mentors, and supervisors; alignment on expectations and ways of working.
Program frame: principles, ICF ethics, and the coach’s role in an organizational context.
First modules: team dynamics, differences between group and team coaching, and the coach’s place among other helping professions.
Practice from day one: demo sessions, case reviews, working with the contract and the sponsor brief.
First-month action plan: individual development trajectory, baseline team-project design, and a checklist for initial interviews.
Who it’s for
Practicing coaches seeking the in-demand specialization of team coaching.
Those aiming to scale their impact and increase hourly value by working with entire teams.
Professionals already working with people (HR, team leads, consultants) who want to add team coaching to their practice.
Why this program
Built on international standards - no NLP, advice, or “magic tools” - only professional presence, structure, and partnership.
ICF AATC accreditation: the only such program in Ukraine and only the 90th worldwide with this level of recognition.
Live online format (Zoom), mentor and supervisor support, multilingual delivery, and a focus on practice and results for client teams.
Congratulations to the participants of the 5th intake-we wish you a productive journey in team coaching, with clarity, ethics, and tangible impact for teams and businesses.
