“International Level Professional Team Coach”: the 6th Cohort at COACHING.UP Has Concluded

Today, we are reflecting on the completion of the 6th cohort of the program “International Level Professional Team Coach” at COACHING.UP - another milestone in the development of a professional community of team coaches working to international standards and with deep respect for the complexity of teams and business contexts.


This cohort became a space for deep integration of theory, practice, and professional maturity. Rather than searching for quick fixes, the coaches learned to hold processes, think systemically, and work with teams as living systems.



Throughout the program, participants moved from clarifying the role of the team coach to confidently working with real teams and clients.


Key areas of focus included:

  • a systemic understanding of team dynamics and stages of team development;

  • professional contracting within organizational contexts;

  • working with tension, conflict, and unseen processes in teams;

  • designing team interventions aligned with business needs;

  • ongoing practice supported by mentoring and supervision.


The final sessions marked the moment when experience came together into a coherent whole - with a clear understanding of one’s role, boundaries of responsibility, and the value of team coaching for organizations.


Graduates of this cohort are professionals who:

  • work with teams without giving advice or being directive;

  • can create space for complex conversations and decisions;

  • integrate ICF standards into real-world practice;

  • are ready to work with teams at different levels of maturity.


The program holds ICF AATC accreditation and is part of a limited number of internationally recognized team coaching programs.


The live online format, multilingual learning environment, support from experienced mentors and supervisors, and a strong practical component ensured a high level of professional preparation.
