“International Level Professional Team Coach”: the 5th Cohort Has Concluded at COACHING.UP

In a world where teams increasingly need less ready-made solutions and more space for dialogue, conscious agreements, and shared responsibility, the role of the team coach becomes strategic. With this understanding, the 5th cohort of the program

“International Level Professional Team Coach” has officially concluded at COACHING.UP.



This journey was not about tools for the sake of tools.

It was about developing professional presence and the ability to work with team dynamics, tension, business context, and client demands in alignment with international ICF standards.


Participants completed the full cycle of becoming a team coach - from a clear understanding of role and ethics to hands-on work with real teams.


Throughout the program:

  • a strong foundation of professional team coach identity was established;

  • team dynamics, role interaction, and levels of team maturity were explored in depth;

  • distinctions between group coaching and team coaching were practiced through real cases;

  • skills in contracting, client briefing, and team process design were developed;

  • demonstration and client sessions were conducted with mentor and supervisor support.


The final meetings became a space for experience integration, reflection, and recognition of how each participant’s professional presence has evolved.


Graduates of the 5th cohort are professionals who:

  • work with teams in a systemic and ethical way;

  • can hold complex team processes without advising or intervening;

  • understand the business context and the coach’s partnership role;

  • are able to scale their impact by working with teams and organizations.


The program is accredited by the ICF at the AATC level - the only program of this kind in Ukraine and one of very few worldwide with such a high level of international recognition.


It is built without “magic tools” or ready-made formulas - only structure, presence, ethics, and deep practice.


The live online format, mentor and supervisor support, multilingual learning environment, and focus on real results for client teams formed the foundation of this professional journey.


We congratulate the graduates of the 5th cohort on completing this stage.

May the maturity, structure, and inner grounding gained become a strong foundation for further work with teams, businesses, and organizations.
