Today we celebrate a special milestone – the graduation of the 7th batch of the course “Psychology Basics for Coaches”! This is more than just the end of a training program; each of you has taken a huge step toward professionalism and a deeper understanding of how to bring psychology and coaching together into one practice.
Psychology is the key that allows a coach to look deeper. It opens the door to understanding a client’s inner processes – their emotions, thoughts, and reactions – enabling the creation of a safe, ethical, and effective space for transformation.
Throughout the course, students of the 7th batch have:
learned to recognize psychological processes and see their impact on clients’ goals and challenges,
explored how to work deeply and ethically while remaining within the coaching framework,
uncovered the real needs hidden behind words,
developed professionalism by responding to complex states with presence and respect,
distinguished clearly between coaching, therapy, and consulting,
