It is a professional who understands how people perceive the world, why they make certain decisions, and how their beliefs, emotional responses, and behavioral patterns are formed. Psychological knowledge enables coaches to see the broader context behind a client’s request, support clients through change, and remain within the boundaries of professional coaching competencies.
