Final of the 2nd nabor of the “International Level Group Coach” course at COACHING.UP

Today we proudly celebrate the completion of the 2nd nabor of the “International Level Group Coach” course. This is not just the end of training - it is the moment when another circle of coaches steps into a new level of professional maturity and personal strength.

Throughout this stage, students experienced a unique journey - from their first attempts at facilitating group processes to confidently creating spaces where every participant feels valued. You learned how to balance individual needs with the energy of the group, how to work with resistance, how to turn chaos into structure, and tension into growth.

You did not simply master techniques of group coaching - you discovered the depth of this art. Every practice, every session, and every dialogue became a step toward your professionalism and inner transformation.

The 2nd nabor represents the courage to move even further than the first. It is about strengthening tradition, making it more resilient, and creating your own unique contribution. You proved that group coaching is not just a method, but a mindset that builds a new culture of partnership, honesty, and presence.

You are the ones who consolidated and expanded the path begun by your predecessors, while also opening new horizons for those who will come after you.

We are grateful to each of you for your openness and dedication to this process. Thanks to you, group coaching at COACHING.UP is becoming deeper, more mature, and more impactful.

The final of the 2nd nabor is a new beginning. Ahead of you are your own clients, groups, business teams, and international communities that will benefit not only from your knowledge but also from your presence, maturity, and support.

Congratulations to the graduates of the 2nd nabor! You have shown that coaching can transform not only individual lives but also entire groups and communities.
