Final of the 1st Cohort of the “International Level Group Coach” Course at COACHING.UP

Today we celebrate a very special moment - the completion of the 1st cohort of the “International Level Group Coach” course. This is more than the end of a training program - this cohort marked the very first step toward creating a new direction at COACHING.UP, laying the foundation for future generations of group coaches.

About the course: "International Level Group Coach"

Group coaching is the art of seeing more broadly and working where the power of interaction is born. It is the coach’s ability to create a space where different voices come together into one dialogue, and where group dynamics become a true source of growth. Throughout the course, participants learned to design session structures, hold space in challenging moments, work with group dynamics, and apply ICF core competencies in real settings.

The 1st cohort walked this path with special depth: from the very first steps in working with groups to creating their own cases, from practicing under the guidance of international mentors and supervisors to building confidence in their professional role.

Being the first is never easy. But the 1st cohort proved that group coaching is not just a technique - it is a mindset, a style of work, and even a philosophy of growth. You became the pioneers who paved the way, created the tradition, and set a high standard for the cohorts that follow.
