We are opening the 2nd cohort of the “Crisis Coach” specialization - a program designed for practicing coaches who want to work confidently and professionally with clients in challenging life situations.
Coaching is a partnership-based process aimed at expanding the client’s thinking, awareness, and ability to find their own solutions. In crisis situations, this process requires greater precision, stability, and depth of presence from the coach.
This program helps adapt the coaching approach to working with crisis - while maintaining professional boundaries and not shifting into therapy.
What you will gain
Crisis coaching skills
You will learn to work with clients experiencing stress, loss, and uncertainty while maintaining clarity, structure, and a coaching stance.
Support in complex situations
You will work with themes such as loss, consequences of war, forced change, and adaptation.
The focus is not on solving for the client, but on creating a space where they can reconnect with their inner stability.
Development of coaching competence
You will deepen your skills in presence, listening, and working with emotions and complex client states.
The program is designed as a step-by-step immersion into crisis work:
understanding the nature of crisis and its impact on clients
boundaries of coaching in crisis situations
working with strong emotions: fear, anxiety, loss, uncertainty
creating a safe space and maintaining connection
slowing down, presence, and working in the “here and now”
supporting clients in restoring stability and meaning
practice sessions with feedback
This specialization is not only about tools.
It is about the maturity of the coach - the ability to stay present in complexity and remain in partnership when the client needs support the most.
The 2nd cohort is the next step for coaches who are ready to go deeper..
