Course “Ethical Standards in Coaching” Accredited by ICF CCE

At COACHING.UP, we always care about the professional development of our students, especially those who have already obtained their ACC, PCC, or MCC coach qualifications with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

There is a comprehensive support system for coaches in their development — Continuing Coach Education (CCE), an ICF accreditation system for educational programs.

Courses that receive ICF CCE accreditation fall into two categories:

  • Programs that are directly related to core coaching competencies or expand upon them.

  • Training in skills that foster the professional development of coaches (e.g., personal development, promotional tools, business building, or other material that goes beyond core coaching competencies).

As is well known, every three years, coaches need to renew their qualification level, with one of the key tools for this being additional training in accredited courses (CCE). This is why COACHING.UP strives to increase the number of courses that effectively enhance coaching knowledge.

The course "Ethical Standards in Coaching" has received ICF CCE accreditation. The course program is designed for an in-depth study of ethical standards and their practical application:

  • the role and significance of ethical principles;

  • challenges in interpreting the Code of Ethics;

  • conflicts of interest and client data security;

  • establishing clear boundaries and avoiding role conflicts.

In addition, we have focused on the ethical aspects of advertising and marketing coaching services — a topic that often raises questions among practicing coaches.

The course is available as a recording, so you can take it at your convenience. Deepen your knowledge and stay at the forefront of professional standards with COACHING.UP!
