Today we mark the completion of the 6th cohort of the “International Level Group Coach” program - a stage that has become a space for integrating experience, depth, and professional maturity. It is the final point of the learning journey that simultaneously opens new opportunities for working with people, teams, and communities.
This program is about working with living systems. Throughout the training, participants of the 6th cohort explored how group dynamics emerge, how shared meaning is created, and how a coach can hold the field in which everyone can grow.
You learned to:
see a group as a whole organism rather than a collection of individuals;
combine structure and flexibility in facilitating group processes;
work with tension, conflict, and differing perspectives as resources;
support the movement of the group without losing connection with the individual;
trust the process and your own presence as the coach’s primary instrument.
The 6th cohort is about the ability to hold complexity - to remain stable in dynamics, clear in uncertainty, and attentive to every voice in the group.
Participants of this cohort demonstrated that group coaching is not a set of techniques, but a way of thinking and relating that shapes a culture of partnership, responsibility, and collective development.
You are those who not only continue the path, but expand it - adding your own depth, style, and vision.
We thank each of you for your engagement, courage, and willingness to work with living processes. Thanks to you, group coaching at COACHING.UP continues to grow as a mature, impactful, and contemporary practice.
The completion of the 6th cohort is not an ending, but a transition. Ahead are your groups, clients, teams, and communities, who will receive not only professional tools, but also your presence, stability, and ability to lead through change.
Congratulations to the graduates of the 6th cohort.
You are ready to work with groups at the level of depth, maturity, and real impact.
