Today we celebrate the completion of the 5th intake of the “International-Level Group Coaching” program - while also opening a new chapter in the professional journey of our graduates. This is not just the end of a training program. It is the result of deep work, live practice, and a conscious decision each of you made to follow the path of group coaching.
Group coaching is always more than methods and tools. It is the art of working with collective dynamics and creating a space where diversity of experience becomes a strength and interaction becomes a source of transformation.
Throughout the program, you learned not only how to structure group coaching sessions, but also how to hold the space, work with tension, trust, and resistance, and recognize the processes that emerge between participants. You developed your own cases, prepared for assessments, and practiced under the guidance of international mentors and supervisors, deepening your professional maturity and coaching presence.
