Our student became a pioneer, boldly choosing the individual format and trusting this new way of learning. He demonstrated that team coaching can be studied not only within group dynamics but also through a deep personal journey - with maximum focus on one’s own pace, needs, and goals.
Throughout this journey, he not only gained knowledge but also lived an experience that shaped him into a mature professional. The student:
integrated ICF international standards into his practice, bridging theory with real-life cases;
developed a deep understanding of team coaching models and learned to distinguish group dynamics from team interaction;
mastered the practical “toolbox” of a team coach - from contracting and goal setting to conducting demo sessions and analyzing complex cases;
built confidence in working with teams across different levels, cultures, and professional contexts, expanding the horizons of his own practice.
This graduation is more than a certificate. It is a symbol of a new tradition within COACHING.UP. He became the first to prove that the individual format in team coaching is possible, effective, and transformative. It marks the beginning of a new story that allows future students to choose their own pace and learning style while staying aligned with international standards and high professionalism.
Ahead lies international certification, new professional horizons, and dozens of team stories that, thanks to his presence and skills, will discover their full potential. We are confident that his example will inspire others and spark a new wave of team coaching development worldwide.
This is a new page in the history of COACHING.UP and living proof that coaching, in any format, is always a force of change, growth, and trust.
