Coaching on a Personalized Learning Path: COACHING.UP Welcomes Its 70th Individual Cohort
COACHING.UP has welcomed the 70th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program. Another student is beginning professional coach education in a format where the pace of learning and attention to specific competencies can be adapted to individual progress.
Individual training provides regular opportunities to review coaching practice with a personal mentor. Throughout the program, the student develops professional competencies, conducts coaching sessions, and receives feedback that helps identify strengths and areas for further development.
The individual pathway is designed to take approximately four months or can follow a personalized schedule. The core program includes 137 hours of coach education, 10 hours of mentor coaching, and observation of six coaching sessions with developmental feedback.
Students can also practice through the Talzi platform, where they can find practice partners, conduct sessions, and return to their work for further analysis. This creates a structured way to connect professional coaching standards with direct experience of working with clients.
“International-Level Professional Coach” holds ICF Level 2 accreditation, EMCC Global accreditation at Senior Practitioner level, and Association for Coaching accreditation in the Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training category.
