This intake is about silence - the kind in which you begin to hear yourself.
About a path that does not start with the desire to “become a coach,” but with the willingness to meet one’s own depth.
The student of the 41st individual intake of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program (LEVEL 2) chose not fast results, but conscious movement.
Not ready-made formulas, but lived experience.
Not a role, but authenticity.
The training took place as deep, personalized work. At an individual pace, with respect for inner processes and moments of pause. Here, coaching revealed itself as a practice of presence rather than a set of tools.
Throughout the program, international standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC were integrated. Yet what mattered most was something else - the ability to see the person as a whole, to hear between the lines, and to hold a space where clients find their own answers.
LEVEL 2 is always a transition.
From “I am learning” to “I am.”
From technique to inner grounding.
From the intention to help to mature professional presence.
The graduate of the 41st individual intake now enters the profession as a coach who does not lead others, but creates a space of freedom. A professional who works according to international standards and influences not through words, but through presence.
Ahead lie international certification, new clients, projects, and partnerships - and dozens of moments when a timely question or deep silence becomes the starting point of change for another person.
The 41st individual intake of COACHING.UP is a reminder: coaching is chosen by those who are ready to be honest with themselves, to live with an open heart, and to work with depth.
Today, we are celebrating more than the completion of training.
We are celebrating the birth of a coach - mature, present, and authentic.
