Coaching As a Space for Professional Growth: The 65th Individual Cohort Has Started at COACHING.UP

Every new professional stage begins with a decision — to learn, explore new possibilities, expand familiar boundaries, and gradually build your own path. For the new students of COACHING.UP, this decision has become the beginning of their studies in the 65th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program.

Coaching helps people explore their goals, decisions, and possibilities more deeply, see a wider range of options, and move toward meaningful change with greater clarity. For a future professional coach, this path also involves developing presence, listening skills, the ability to build a true partnership, and the capacity to work in line with professional standards.

The individual learning format at COACHING.UP is built around a personalized approach. Students work with a personal mentor, complete a significant part of the program in a one-to-one format, can adapt the schedule to their own pace, and devote more attention to the competencies that require additional practice.

The Level 2 program combines theory, practical coaching sessions, mentoring, observation, and developmental feedback. The training is focused on building professional coaching competencies within a program accredited by ICF, AC, and EMCC.

The 65th individual cohort opens a new professional stage for its students — one filled with practice, new discoveries, and the gradual development of their own coaching style. Ahead are deeper work with coaching competencies, feedback from mentors, and experience that step by step becomes the foundation of future professional practice.

We congratulate the students on beginning their studies at COACHING.UP. We hope this stage brings greater confidence in their chosen direction, new professional opportunities, and a strong foundation for continued growth in coaching.

Welcome to the 65th Individual Cohort!
