Coaching As a Professional Practice: Graduation of the 197th and 198th Level 2 Cohorts
The 197th and 198th cohorts of the “International-Level Professional Coach” Level 2 program have completed their training at COACHING.UP. Behind this graduation are months of practice, work with professional coaching competencies, developmental feedback, and the gradual formation of each participant’s own approach to working with clients.
Professional coaching calls for the ability to listen closely, stay focused on the client’s agenda, notice shifts within the conversation, and create conditions in which people can discover their own solutions. These abilities develop through consistent practice and reflection on real coaching experience.
Throughout the Level 2 program, participants explored coaching competencies, conducted sessions, worked with mentors, observed professional coaching practice, and received developmental feedback. This learning process connects professional knowledge with the experience of working in an actual coaching dialogue.
The international standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC provide the professional framework for the program. Ethics, partnership, responsibility toward the client, and the quality of coaching interaction gradually become part of everyday professional practice.
Training also shapes how participants understand the profession itself. Experience brings greater attention to the client, more precision in working with the coaching agreement, greater awareness of what is happening during the session, and more conscious choices within the coaching process.
For the graduates of the 197th and 198th cohorts, the next stage includes further practice, new clients, professional projects, and continued development of their coaching identity. The experience gained during Level 2 becomes a foundation for the work that follows.
