Today, we are marking more than the completion of a program - we are honoring a moment of inner formation. The graduate of the 44th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program (LEVEL 2) has walked a path where coaching became not a tool, but a state of being.
A state of presence.
A state of honesty with oneself.
A state of responsibility for every question, every pause, and every human encounter.
The individual format at COACHING.UP is a space where it is impossible to “just learn.” It is a meeting with one’s true self - with personal boundaries, depth, and potential.
During the program, the participant of the 44th cohort:
immersed themselves in the professional standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC, integrating them not only into practice but into their way of thinking;
gained substantial hands-on experience through supervised client sessions;
learned to create a space of trust where clients can show up without roles or masks;
discovered the value of silence, pause, and the precise question;
realized that coaching is not a path of fixing, but a path of unfolding.

Our graduate is a coach who can hold space, trust the process, and remain fully alive in every interaction. They have developed their own professional style - attentive, ethical, and deep.
