Congratulations to Zoryana Shtym on winning second place in the "Biggest Transformation of the Year" category at the COACHING.UP Case Competition!

A story that deeply resonated with the jury.

Every great transformation begins with one bold step. My step was both the most difficult and the most important in my life — the decision to completely change my professional path. For 10 years, I built a successful career in the banking sector, managed teams, worked with premium clients, achieved financial goals, and received recognition. But with each passing year, I felt my energy and inner fire diminishing. At some point, I realized: this was no longer what inspired me. I had everything — stability, comfort, prospects — but I didn’t have what I now call harmony with myself.

The first big step towards transformation came when I left my familiar comfort zone. This decision wasn’t easy, as I risked everything: my career, stable income, and even my self-esteem. I was filled with fear and doubt, but something deep inside told me that change was my path to finding the real me.

In the first few months after this step, I tried many self-development methods and practices: theta healing, regression therapy, and dianetics. These were steps in my search for my calling. Although at first I didn’t see results, each of these experiences helped me better understand myself and my deeper values.

A key moment was my encounter with coaching. I saw for the first time how, through the right questions, people can find answers they had been searching for. It was a moment of realization: I want to be the one who helps people find these answers.

The decision to train as an ICF coach became the next step in my transformation. This was a time of deep work on myself: I studied coaching techniques, asked myself many questions that I had previously been afraid to voice, and gradually uncovered a new level of inner harmony.

Today, I am a coach who is actively building my personal brand, conducting individual sessions, organizing women's events, and helping others find their way. I’ve seen how my clients rediscovered themselves, set ambitious goals, and achieved them with ease.

One of the greatest results of my transformation is a new level of relationships with people. I learned to listen to myself, understand my needs and desires, and this helped me build even deeper and more harmonious relationships with my partner. We have been together for 7 years, and now our partnership is a source of strength and inspiration for me.

Another big step was adopting a healthy lifestyle. I have been doing sports for many years, paying attention to my diet, and working on my body. But now it has become not just a routine, but a conscious choice that supports me on all levels: physical, emotional, and mental.

Transformation is not just about changing your career or lifestyle. It’s about the courage to look yourself in the eyes and ask, “What do I really want?” For me, it meant becoming the woman who doesn’t just live but inspires others with her example. Today, I help women go through the same path of change that I have gone through. From fear of the unknown to confidence in their abilities. From self-doubt to deep acceptance and love for oneself. From chaos to harmony.

My greatest lesson in this transformation: it’s never too late to start over, even if it’s scary. The courage to change yourself changes everything around you.

I believe my transformation experience can be an inspiration for others who are thinking about making a change but hesitate to take the first step. And I want to say to everyone: it is possible. Your transformation is in your hands.
