Congratulations to Irina Svish on winning first place in the "Biggest Transformation of the Year" category at the COACHING.UP Case Competition!

We are sharing an inspiring story of change.

I worked for 17 years at top insurance companies in Ukraine, but with the start of the war, I had to evacuate my children from our home. My life was divided into BEFORE and AFTER when my company asked me to leave, as I was abroad.

I came to coaching already being a facilitator of the transformational game Lila and a trainer for the business simulator Heart Money “Cash Flow”. These games gave me the understanding that I needed to dive deeper. So, when I saw an advertisement for the university, I didn’t hesitate for a moment and enrolled in the 1st and 2nd Level courses, which I have never regretted for EVEN A SECOND.

Since September, my life has seemed to transition into a parallel reality, and I immersed myself in the world of students, literature, and coaching sessions. I was very unsure of myself, thinking I would just learn a bit and then move on)))

Even while still in the 2nd Level program, I helped my client achieve a 5x result. This boosted my confidence and self-esteem. The feedback on my Lila games started to grow because I was using coaching practices and tools.

Since graduating from the university in September 2023, I successfully passed the assessment and the CREDENTIAL EXAM for ACC (I will complete another 100 hours and receive my PCC).

In September 2024, I spoke at the “MODERN Ukrainian Woman” forum as a speaker, followed by an online forum in November 2024. I started actively running my Instagram page, and I was invited to teach at the coaching department at IEC (I’m already in my second cohort as a teacher). In March, my article-interview for the Ukrainian magazine GOSSIP will be published, where I highlight the topic of coaching. I conducted an unpacking session for experts, where we broke down all the stages of development as an expert and built a business model. And finally, the grand finale: I created my own coaching author game "Life Architect", which serves as a very helpful tool for any coach (both online and offline versions). My environment has drastically changed, and it’s all thanks to one small step in September 2023.
