When a new training group begins, we celebrate more than the start of a course. We celebrate the beginning of a transformational journey. Today, we’re delighted to welcome the participants of the 154th coaching cohort - those who’ve taken a bold step toward a new quality of life, thinking, and profession.
Coaching is not just a tool - it's a culture of connection. It's about being present when words aren’t needed, but listening is. When judgment has no place, but holding space does. That’s the kind of coaching we cultivate at COACHING.UP - deep, conscious, and ethical.
The “International-Level Professional Coach” program (Level 2) is more than a certification. It’s a space for rethinking, where coaching mastery and personal growth go hand in hand. It’s a place where each step leads to inner clarity, deeper presence, and the strength to truly be yourself.
Participants of the 154th cohort learn to:

ask - not to control, but to discover;
act - not by script, but from genuine connection.
They pursue international certifications with ICF, EMCC, and AC - but even more, they move toward their most authentic selves.
