The 3rd Cohort of the "Behind the Glass" Project Has Started: An Opportunity to Experience International-Level Coaching from the Inside

The 3rd cohort of the "Behind the Glass" project has officially begun at COACHING.UP. This unique educational format gives participants the opportunity to observe a real long-term coaching process as it unfolds. It is not a demonstration of isolated techniques or a collection of training case studies. It is professional coaching practice in which every client session takes place in real time, with real goals, real decisions, and real transformation.

The project is designed for those who want to see what international-level coaching looks like in practice. Throughout the entire coaching engagement, participants will observe the complete coaching journey - from the initial meeting, defining the coaching objective, and establishing the coaching agreement to deep transformational work, the exploration of personal and professional strategies, and the completion of the coaching partnership. This is an opportunity to understand not only individual coaching tools but also the logic behind building long-term collaborative relationships between a coach and a client.

In the 3rd cohort, the coaching sessions are led by Halyna Hudyma, PCC ICF. Her extensive professional experience, commitment to international standards, and thoughtful coaching approach allow participants to observe how the competencies of an international-level coach are demonstrated in real practice. One of the greatest values of the project is the opportunity to analyze each session, notice subtle professional decisions, observe the quality of coaching presence, contracting, maintaining focus, and building trust.

The "Behind the Glass" project demonstrates that professional coaching is not built around quick answers or impressive breakthroughs. Instead, it unfolds gradually through attentive listening, ethical partnership, respect for the client's pace, and the ability to create a space where people discover their own answers. This is the foundation of long-term coaching engagements that meet international standards.

Throughout the project, participants will learn to recognize the architecture of the coaching process, understand the reasoning behind a coach's professional decisions, and observe how complex coaching conversations are conducted in situations involving uncertainty, responsibility, and profound personal change. This format allows participants to experience coaching not through theory, but through authentic professional practice that no textbook can fully capture.

We sincerely welcome the participants of the 3rd cohort of the "Behind the Glass" project and wish you every success in making the most of this exceptional professional learning opportunity. Ahead of you are real coaching sessions, meaningful observations, valuable professional insights, and a deeper understanding of how coaching is practiced according to international standards.

COACHING.UP is a place where professional coaching is not only taught - it can also be experienced through real-world practice.
