A New Step in the Profession: The 66th Individual Cohort Has Started at COACHING.UP

The 66th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program has started at COACHING.UP. For the new students, this marks the beginning of a stage where knowledge gradually turns into practice, while an interest in coaching develops into professional competencies and an individual coaching style.

The individual format makes it possible to build the learning process around each student's pace and progress. A significant part of the program takes place one-to-one with a personal mentor, allowing more attention to be given to the competencies and areas of practice that require further development.

The Level 2 program combines the development of professional coaching competencies with practical sessions, mentoring, observation, and developmental feedback. The individual format is designed to take approximately four months, while the schedule can also be adapted to the student's needs.

The training is delivered within a program accredited by the international professional organizations ICF, AC, and EMCC. From the beginning, students explore coaching through professional standards, ethical principles, and expectations for the quality of a coach's work.

For the participants of the 66th individual cohort, this start marks the beginning of their own professional story in coaching. Ahead are practice, work with a mentor, skill development, new insights, and the gradual development of confidence in working with clients.

We congratulate the students on starting their training at COACHING.UP. May the coming months bring professional growth, meaningful practice, and decisions that help shape their future path in coaching.

Welcome to the 66th Individual Cohort at COACHING.UP!
