Growth in ICF competencies: You will learn to identify competency markers, help uncover strengths and skills, provide developmental feedback, share experiences without imposing them, show coaches their unique style, and support them.
International CCE certificate: Gain entry into the world's largest coaching federation, which will expand your professional opportunities and enhance your qualifications.
Additional profession: Master a new profession in the coaching market, allowing you to offer mentoring services and significantly expand your range of services.

68 hours of training in 2 languages on Zoom, twice a week for 2 hours each, starting January 20
